Employee Services' front desk and benefits phone lines are now open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The payroll and HCM lines are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
To speak with a benefits professional or schedule an appointment, call 303-860-4200, option 3 or toll-free at 1-855-216-7740, option 3. Have a question outside of these hours? Please email to benefits@cu.edu at any time, and we will respond within one business day.

If I have a question about a medical procedure I'm scheduled to have in the next weeks, to whom should I check with about whether or not, or to what degree, our insurance covers it? Do I speak with a CU benefits specialist first, or call Anthem?
