GET THE HELP YOU NEED — FASTER AND EASIER
Now you can request support or report an issue using the new UIS self-service customer portal. The previous process of emailing the Service Desk at help@cu.edu still generates a service ticket. However, the new portal allows you to easily review the status of your submitted requests or issues. You don’t even need your service ticket number — once you log in, the portal will pull all requests associated with your account.
While using the portal is intuitive, we’ve created a quick guide to help you navigate the self-service portal.
