Starting Jan. 1, 2026, the university will offer up to 12 additional weeks of paid FAMLI leave for parents who have a newborn admitted to a neonatal intensive care unit or pediatric intensive care unit.
Employees and supervisors can register for focused virtual training sessions that discuss three of the university’s main leave programs: FAMLI, FMLA and Parental Leave
