Four queries will be consolidated by May 11
Employee Services is currently reviewing the HCM Query List to identify and consolidate queries with duplicated features. This process will be complete by May 11.
Which queries are undergoing changes?
Payroll Reg Sum w/ Paycard (CUES_HCM_PAYROLL_REG_PAYCARD) has been discontinued.
- The pay card flag that made this query unique has been added to Payroll Register Summary (CUES_HCM_PAYROLL_REGISTER_SUM).
- Company, Total Deductions, Total Taxes and Net Pay fields have also been added to the Payroll Register Summary query results.
Employee Compensation (CUES_HCM_EE_COMPENSATION) will be removed.
- This query pulls data from the same tables as Payroll Register Acct Detail (CUES_HCM_PAYROLL_REGISTER_DTL), but features less sophisticated row level security that results in seemingly missing employees.
- To ensure a smooth transition, Company, Reversed and Earnings End Date fields will be added to the Payroll Register Acct Detail query results.
Access these queries
To access these queries, follow this path: HCM Community Users > HCM WorkCenter > Resources tab > HCM Queries (on the left-hand side of the screen). Choose Query Manager to search all queries or scroll to the bottom of the list and select Click here for ALL.
