The University of Colorado delivers many benefits, resources, perks and discounts as part of its commitment to CU faculty and staff.

The problem? Finding all these perks used to require extensive searching and ample patience. The solution: CU Advantage, the website that brings together perks large and small in a quick, searchable format.

Whether you’re looking for discounts on airport parking, child care and fitness centers or want information on traditional benefits such as health plans and retirement, CU Advantage puts it all at your fingertips.

"The CU Advantage site is designed to make CU’s benefits and perks easier to discover, understand and use,” said Tony Gheradini, CU System vice president and CHRO. “The Employee Services communications team created the site to empower faculty and staff to take advantage of all the resources available to them.”

Navigate CU Advantage

Navigating CU Advantage is easy. Whether you’re searching for a specific perk or just browsing to see what’s available, finding the benefits and perks you need (and the ones you never knew about) is simple.

The site’s main search bar allows you to combine search factors such as keyword, CU campus and category. Catagories include Featured Perks, Arts & Attractions, Benefits & Wellness, Discounts, Kids & Family, Professional Growth & Training, and Transportation & Travel.

Narrowing your search by selecting your campus is especially helpful, as some perks are campus-specific.

If you would like to navigate the site in your preferred language, click the globe icon in the top right corner to open the translation feature and choose from English, Spanish, Chinese, French, German, Korean, Lao or Nepali.

In preparing CU Advantage, Employee Services collected details on perks and benefits across CU. That said, if something is missing, we want to know.

Every page features a way to tell us about additional perks we may have missed. Send details using the Suggest a Perk form.

Employee Services staff continually check links and update the site so that the information stays accurate. We also send a quarterly email highlighting popular perks with testimonials from your peers and recently added perks. And CU Advantage now has its own Instagram account, so you can discover ew perks while you're scrolling. Follow @cuadvantage and learn about short-term discounts as well.

Employee Services wants to know about your experiences using CU Advantage perks — so much so that we’re offering a little perk for your time. Each month, Employee Services selects an employee who has submitted feedback about a CU Advantage perk during the previous month to receive $50 in their next paycheck.

This feedback helps your fellow faculty and staff identify discounts and services that will best serve them. We also welcome feedback on how to improve perks or instructions for using them. Share your positive experiences, suggestions for improvement or challenges encountered while using a benefit or perk through the site’s feedback form.
