As we begin the new fiscal year, it's time to certify employees' vacation and sick time. Leave certification will be available in the portal beginning July 3, 2017. The deadline for certification and approval is July 31, 2017.
Annual leave sweeps will happen on July 28. Don't let employees lose vacation and sick time without alerting them.

Before Employee Services sweeps leave balances that exceed the university's allowed maximums this July, do your part by confirming the accuracy of the leave sweep reports we sent you on June 4.
Do you have employees in your department who have accrued the maximum amount of vacation, or are getting close? Employee Services will be sending you a total of four leave sweep reports in the coming months.
