Empower Colorado: Donate to the Colorado Combined Campaign
Every year, Colorado Combined Campaign allows University of Colorado and state employees to contribute to more than 220 nonprofit organizations across Colorado.
The Colorado Combined Campaign is an employee giving program that makes it easy and convenient to support the causes you care about. Through a voluntary monthly payroll deduction of any amount you choose, you can support the participating organizations and causes that mean the most to you.
Get detailed information about each organization and donate to the charities you choose before the campaign ends on Dec. 11, 2026.

Since the start of the campaign in 1987, state employees have donated more than $35 million to a variety of participating Colorado-based charities. In 2025-26 more than $500,000 was donated by Colorado state employees. All participating charities are reviewed by a committee of state employee volunteers to ensure they comply with all 501(c)(3) requirements and have a Colorado connection. This year, more than 220 nonprofits have chosen to participate. In previous years, combined donations from CU faculty and staff have averaged more than $100,000.
By participating in the Colorado Combined Campaign, CU and state employees not only support services and programs in their communities but also join a collective effort to enhance the quality of life across Colorado.
