How to Login

eComm is comprised of three different applications with three separate login pages and passwords. 

Marketing Cloud

  1. Navigate to: http://www.cu.edu/ecomm/login
    • You may need to select the New Org, eComm Upgrade option on the right
  2. Select Marketing Cloud

Use your university email address as your login with -mc03 added before the @ (EXAMPLE: melanie.jones-mc03@cu.edu). You should have created your own password upon logging in for the first time.

If you forgot your password, use the "forgot password" link to reset it.

Cvent

  1. Navigate to: http://www.cu.edu/ecomm/login
    • You may need to select the New Org, eComm Upgrade option
  2. Select Cvent

Your login credentials for Cvent have not changed. Use your university email address as your login. You should have created your own password upon logging in for the first time.

Salesforce

  1. Navigate to: http://www.cu.edu/ecomm/login
    • You may need to select the New Org, eComm Upgrade option
  2. Select Salesforce
  3. Click your campus to login

Use your campus credentials to login. This is the same username and password you use to login to your University email and computer or your employee portal.​
