How to Login

eComm is comprised of three different applications with three separate login pages and passwords. Use the details below while accessing the tools for the first time and down the road. 

Marketing Cloud

  1. Navigate to the eComm login page (bookmark this page)
  2. Select Marketing Cloud (the middle option)
    • Username: Your university email address with -mc03 added before the @ (EXAMPLE: 
    • Password: Reset your password with the instructions below upon your first login. If you forgot your password, use the "forgot password" link.
      • New users will receive credentials via email
  3. How-To Enable Multi-Factor Authentication
Reset Password (or Security Questions)
  1. Hover your name in the top right corner
  2. Select Cloud Preferences in the dropdown
  3. Select Change Password (or Change Security Questions)


  • Confirm your update with the Save button (do not use Enter on your keyboard)


TIP! Set your Default Login Preference to Email to avoid taking two clicks every time you login to Marketing Cloud to navigate to Email Studio.


  1. Navigate to the eComm login page (bookmark this page)
  2. Select Cvent (the option on the right)
  3. Login with:
    • Account Code: UCCO003
    • Username: your university email
    • Password: Select 'Forgot your login information?' under the green login button to set your password and log in for the first time. If you forget your password in the future, use the 'Forgot your login information?' link to reset it.

Taking over for someone who previously hosted events? Contact your eComm specialist to have previous events shared with you to access and clone.


  1. Navigate to the eComm login page (bookmark this page)
  2. Select Salesforce (the left option)
  3. Select your campus
    • You will be directed to your campus-branded login page
  4. Use your campus credentials to log in.
    • This is the same username and password you use to login to your CU email, computer, or the employee portal.​
