February Provisioning

  • Status Update: Feb. provisioning started today and new users can expect their credentials to be available on Wednesday, Feb. 3.

Cvent Classic Sunsetting

  • Status Update: While we knew Cvent Standard events were being phased out in 2021, Cvent has announced an official timeline. We will send a user message next week and host varying levels of Flex training throughout the year to aid in a smooth transition.
    • July 1, 2021 | You will not be able to create events in Classic Registration; instead, leverage Flex and Express to create new events.
      • You can launch an existing Classic Event until December 31, 2021.
    • December 31, 2021 | All active events created in Classic must be completed.

Employment Action Discrepancy

  • Several former employees who left CU between April and May 2019 did not have a "D/Discontinued" action in Salesforce. UIS was able to identify and fix 1,100 affected contacts, so their Action field now matches HCM.

Updates on Outstanding Issues

  • Advance-Salesforce Discrepancies: UIS is planning to correct affected records after the spring semester is underway on all campuses.
  • Advance IDs Deleted from Salesforce: UIS is continuing to investigate.
  • Cvent Subscription Forms and Form Assembly Replacement: The System team is working with the COE to reassess/establish a deadline for moving Cvent subscription forms to form assembly. We'll provide more information soon and will be sure to schedule ample time for a formal transition.
  • SSL Certificate: The COE has completed the work that they can for the SSL certificate fix that will correct image display issues in Google Chrome. We are awaiting final steps from Salesforce to implement the solution.
