Contract Proration Calculator
Purpose
The Contract Proration Calculator will help you determine whether you may select a 9-pay-12 contract option for the 2025-26 academic year, in accordance with IRS regulations. It will display your monthly paycheck gross under a 9-pay-12 contract.
A few things to remember:
- This calculator can test for previous academic years and will notify users if not set to the current academic year.
- This calculator is only for academic year appointments commencing at the start of the academic year. It should not be used for mid-year appointments.
- When entering total contract worth, please include the combined value of all your contracts to be paid over 12 months.
