The new Leave Resourcees for HR Partners channel in Percipio provides targeted training to help HR Partners confidently support employees with FAMLI-related processes. Current trainings cover: 

• How to review FAMLI pay on payroll registers. 
• Understanding FAMLI earnings codes. 
• Navigating to the FAMLI benefit query. 
• Reporting FAMLI supplemental leave in MyLeave and CU Time. 

Additional trainings will be added over time as the Leave team continues to expand available resources. 

How to Access the Channel 

You can go directly to the channel through this link. 

Or follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your employee portal. 
2. Open the CU Resources dropdown menu. 
3. Select Training. 
4. Click the Percipio tile. 
5. In Percipio, select the Library button on the left. 
6. Hover over your campus. 
7. Choose Human Resources. 
8. At the top of the page, locate the available Channels/Journeys. 
9. Select Leave Resources for HR Contacts.

• Reviewing FAMLI Pay for HR Contacts 
  Provides an overview of FAMLI earnings codes and demonstrates how to review FAMLI pay on the payroll register for different employee types. 
• Reporting FAMLI Leave for HR Contacts 
  Walks through accessing the FAMLI benefit query, reporting FAMLI supplemental leave in MyLeave for exempt and non-exempt employees, and entering FAMLI supplemental leave in CU Time.
