Sharing Salesforce Folders and Subfolders
NOTE This task requires assistance from your eComm Specialist.
eComm specialists can share Report and Dashboard Folders and Subfolders with users and public groups. Those with access will be able to view its contents in Salesforce and in Marketing Cloud.
If you are having trouble identifying why a constituent isn't receiving your communications, ask your eComm specialist.
