See your benefits and plans

Purpose

Once you have enrolled in your benefits, you can view your selections at any time in your employee portal.

Find your benefits confirmation in the CU Resources area of the portal.

1. Log in to my.cu.edu.
2. Click the CU Resources tab. (If you are a CU System Administration employee, skip this step.)
3. Open the CU Resources Home dropdown menu, and select Benefits & Wellness.
4. Select Benefits Summary.
5. Enter the effective date for your benefits and press Refresh. You will see your plan selections.
