Emergency Contact

Purpose

This form allows you to set your emergency contact.

If you are an active employee, please enter this information into the employee portal for instant updates.

  1. Log in to your campus portal at my.cu.edu
  2. Select the CU Resources tab. (Skip this step if you are a CU System employee.)
  3. Open the dropdown menu in the top center of the screen and select My Info and Pay.
  4. Select the My Info tile. Here, you can update your addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, email addresses and more.
