Emergency Contact

Purpose

This form allows you to set your emergency contact.

If you are an active employee, please enter this information into the employee portal for instant updates.

  1. Log in to your campus portal at my.cu.edu
  2. Select the CU Resources tab. (Skip this step if you are a CU System employee)
  3. Open the NavBar menu.
  4. Under the My Info and Pay menu, select Employee Profile. Here, you can update your addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, email addresses and more.
