CU at the Top: Diversity and Inclusive Excellence Checklist

Purpose

Before you begin, you and your supervisor must complete the Agreement form to formalize your participation in CU at the Top. After the form is complete, use the checklist to finish the Diversity and Inclusive Excellence pathway.

The Diversity and Inclusive Excellence pathway provides you with opportunities to help build a community of students, faculty and staff in which diversity is a fundamental value and where different ideas, perspectives, backgrounds, individual and group differences and open communication are valued.

Learn about:

  • Understanding and implementing strategies for inclusion.
  • Uncovering components of your own biases and perceptions.
  • Gaining insight into other identities and experiences that are different from your own.
