CU Health Plan - Exclusive Guest Membership
Purpose
If you and your children are covered by the CU Health Plan - Exclusive, you can apply for Guest Membership for your dependent child(ren). This grants your dependent child(ren) additional, temporary, out‐of‐state health care coverage in participating states.
