Employee Services will close at 3:30 p.m. Friday, May 22, and we will be closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. The department will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 27.

"Biweekly" is a standardized form suggested for temporary workers and hourly student employees. Student employees are encouraged to contact the Student Employment offices on their individual campuses to determine if campus specific work records are required to submit time worked. Do not submit this form to Employee Services.
