As the university’s HR hub, we ensure campuses follow rigorous standards for hiring, performance management, employee verification and other tasks. Our main duties include:
- managing CU Careers, CU’s recruiting and hiring system
- providing policy and technical procedural guidance for human resources process – from hiring to termination
- working with managers on all campuses to review job descriptions, policies, compensation benchmarking, performance evaluation criteria and more
- convening meetings with HCM Community members, who include campus HR representatives and payroll liaisons
