Online Open Enrollment tool simplifies benefits enrollment process
Get ready for a new, simplified online tool to help you enroll or re-enroll in your benefits plans this Open Enrollment, Monday, April 28 – Friday, May 16.
CU's new online Benefits Enrollment tool will improve your benefits enrollment experience:
- Never worry about remembering a personal identification number again; starting April 28, simply log in to the employee portal at my.cu.edu to access the Benefits Enrollment tool under the “Payroll and Compensation” tab on the left-hand side of your screen.
- Once you've made your benefits elections, use the Benefits Enrollment tool to immediately confirm your enrollment status.
- Not 100 percent comfortable with the selections you made? You can change your benefits elections as many times as you like up until 5 p.m. (MDT) on Friday, May 16, when Open Enrollment closes. This gives you plenty of time to attend an Open Enrollment session, where you can meet with CU benefits counselors and plan carriers to get all your questions answered.
This spring, Benefits Enrollment became CU's official online enrollment process for all new employees, providing our latest recruits an enhanced onboarding experience. Now, you can expect that same streamlined experience when enrolling in your 2014-15 benefits plans.
