Why is the course I completed not showing up on the portal, My Training Summary?

There is a 1-2 business-day delay from the time you successfully complete a course and quiz in SkillSoft to when it appears in your training summary. If more than 2 business days have passed and you do not see the course, email Employee Learning and Development at system.training@cu.edu.

How do I turn off my pop-up blocker?

  • For Internet Explorer:
    • Go to "Tools."
    • Highlight "Pop-up blocker."
    • Select "Turn off pop-up blocker."
  • For Firefox:
    • Go to "Tools."
    • Click "Options."
    • Select "Content."
    • Uncheck the box "Block pop-up windows." Also, go to "Privacy," and check the box, "Accept cookies from sites."
