Why is the course I completed not showing up on the portal, My Training Summary?

There is a 1-2 business-day delay from the time you successfully complete a course and quiz in SkillSoft to when it appears in your training summary. If more than 2 business days have passed and you do not see the course, email Employee Learning and Development at system.training@cu.edu.

How do I turn off my pop-up blocker?

For Internet Explorer:

  1. Go to Tools menu.
  2. Select Pop-up blocker.
  3. Click Turn off pop-up blocker.

For Firefox:

  1. Go to Tools menu.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click Content.
  4. Uncheck Block pop-up windows.
  5. Click Privacy.
  6. Select Accept cookies from sites.
  7. Click OK.
