We are excited to announce that on April 3, 2024, the PSC website will undergo a significant upgrade focused on improving key areas: Get Help, Travel, and Paying. These updates are designed to enhance your experience and make accessing vital information more intuitive.
Beginning on February 12, 2024, we will require all card applications and update forms to be submitted through Concur Request. We will no longer accept the legacy “paper forms” that are downloaded and emailed to the Commercial Card office for processing. The legacy form web pages will be maintained for a brief transition period after February 12, 2024 to remind users of the updated and modernized process. Eventually, cardholders and applicants will be directed to the new process through the revised and updated PSC web pages on paying and expense management that are currently under construction.
The PSC Payable processors work invoices and forms by alpha assignments. This helps our processors manage workload and maintain consistent processing times. For this reason, however, when multiple invoices are submitted all at once for various suppliers, they won’t always get processed at the exact same time.
With the rapid approach of the end of the calendar year and all four campuses and the System office being closed December 25th through January 1st, we wanted to provide critical dates that will impact the ability for your requisitions and payments to be completed before the end of the calendar year.
There are many tasks that must be completed when an employee is preparing to separate from the University or from their current department. Often overlooked, however, are pending transactions in Concur.
PSC Systems will experience a service disruption due to the University Information Services (UIS) team data center relocation. The move will start at noon on Friday, October 6th and is expected to conclude by 8 a.m. on Monday, October 9th. During this outage, all systemwide applications will be inaccessible including CU Marketplace, Concur, and other critical PSC applications.
Beginning August 21, the PSC is launching a fully searchable Knowledge Base that will house how-to articles, step-by-step guides, and additional informational resources. PSC Knowledge Base content is designed to answer specific questions, such as “How do I add a travel allowance to an expense report?” and “How do I enter receiving?”, and articles will contain helpful screenshots and videos for reference. The PSC Knowledge Base will be accessible through the PSC website, either through the Knowledge tab located at the top of PSC pages, in the Suggested Articles located at the bottom of PSC pages, or via PSC website article links which will be redirected to the Knowledge Base over the coming weeks.
In the July 2023 PSC Newsletter, we let you all know of a potential UPS strike on July 31st. We are happy to report that on July 25th, UPS and its union workers reached a tentative agreement on a 5-year labor contract which avoids a strike.
The PSC wants to inform our campus customers of a potential UPS strike.
To ensure expeditious invoice processing, please resolve Match Exceptions prior to approving payment. Invoices that are approved in error before a Match Exception has been resolved go to Accounts Payable (AP) Final Review.
