These documents detail the monthly premiums for all plans available to retirees either eligible or ineligible for Medicare.

The 2025-26 plan year ends June 30, 2026. Benefits and plan information for the 2026-27 plan year — beginning July 1, 2026 — is available now to aid in your Open Enrollment selection.
