CU Data Center Move: Noon Friday, October 6, 2023 through 8 a.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2023

PSC Systems will experience a service disruption due to the University Information Services (UIS) team data center relocation.  The move will start at noon on Friday, October 6th and is expected to conclude by 8 a.m. on Tuesday, October 10th (extended). During this outage, all systemwide applications will be inaccessible including CU Marketplace, Concur, and other critical PSC applications.

Please plan ahead:

  • CU Marketplace: Access to CU Marketplace will be unavailable.
  • Concur: Access to Concur, including both travel booking and expense management, will not be accessible.
  • Travel: During this system outage, Christopherson Business Travel (CBT) will be available for any travel-related needs. You can find all of the contact information for CBT here.  Please note: a $20 agent fee will apply for any bookings made with an agent. We are unable to waive that fee during the outage, so please plan ahead.
  • The PSC Service Desk will be unavailable starting at noon, October 6th.

We understand the importance of these systems in your daily operations, especially for those who rely on Concur for travel bookings and expense management. Therefore, we encourage you to plan accordingly and take any necessary steps to address your system-specific needs in advance of the outage.

For a comprehensive list of systemwide applications and UIS specific information, please visit the following link: A complete list of systemwide applications is available in the Data Center Move implementation post.

We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause and appreciate your understanding as UIS works toward improving their data center infrastructure.

Thank you for your cooperation.
