Procurement Orchestration Program
Procurement Orchestration Program: Building a Better Procurement Experience
The Procurement Service Center (PSC) is advancing the Procurement Orchestration Program (POP), a systemwide initiative to transform how the University of Colorado community accesses and experiences procurement and contracting services.
Building on the progress PSC has made in improving service delivery, POP represents the next evolution of the customer experience. We envision a more intuitive, connected environment where faculty and staff can easily find what they need, initiate requests, receive guidance, and track progress. By bringing together information, services, workflows, and emerging AI capabilities, POP will help make procurement easier to navigate and more responsive to the needs of our campus communities.
As the project transitions from discovery into design, the PSC is beginning a series of conversations with key campus stakeholders. In the coming weeks, we'll be reaching out to campus partners to schedule introductory discussions about the program's vision, objectives, and direction. These conversations will help build awareness, establish a shared understanding of the initiative, and provide an opportunity for campus perspectives to inform the work ahead.
We look forward to partnering with our campus communities as POP takes shape and will continue sharing updates as the project progresses. For questions, contact psc@cu.edu.
