New Master Contracts: Charter Services and Official Functions

The Procurement Service Center is excited to announce several new Master Services Agreements (MSAs) available for use by all CU campus departments. These agreements strengthen supplier partnerships, simplify the purchasing process, and give CU campuses efficient, reliable access to the products and services they need. Departments are encouraged to utilize these pre-negotiated agreements when procuring within the applicable categories:

Hotels / Event Space: St Julien Hotel, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, YMCA of the Rockies and more.

Standard Sole Source #3 applies to this commodity, which covers Official Functions including travel services, conference services, and catering.

Charter Services: Hermes Worldwide.

Note this contract is applicable for purchases under the university’s bid threshold of $250,000.

What This Means for You:

Provided the purchase remains below the university’s bid threshold, departments across all CU campuses may procure Charter Services under a pre-negotiated agreement.
