Mid-Year Increase to Mileage Reimbursement Rates for 2026

The IRS has announced a standard mileage rate increase for business travel as of July 1, 2026. The State of Colorado allows mileage reimbursement at 90% of the prevailing IRS rate for actual necessary travel while on official business. The increased reimbursement rates for July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 are detailed below.
Concur has been updated to reflect these increased rates on mileage incurred on or after July 1, 2026.
