Countdown is On to the New Concur Travel Experience

We are just a few short weeks away from unveiling multiple enhancements in Concur on March 16th! Changes coming to Concur Travel include:

  • A redesigned and modernized booking interface that looks and feels more like popular consumer travel booking sites
  • Clearer cost info to help better inform booking decisions
  • New and enhanced search filters and indicators to help travelers see environmental impact

Concur has created and provided a short preview video of these upcoming changes to the booking experience.

An additional change rolling out on March 16 is an update to the Travel Allowance (per diem) process in the Expense platform. Users will soon find a more intuitive process for adding a Travel Allowance (per diem) to an expense report. When generating a new report, users will be prompted in the header to add an itinerary for Travel Allowances (per diem), and the system will walk them through the next steps if selected.

To allow time to deploy these changes, Concur will be unavailable for travel booking beginning at 5:00pm on Friday, March 13th. The Expense module will be available during this time. The travel booking system will be available again on Saturday, March 14th by 5pm, however the enhancements may not be visible until the morning of Monday, March 16th.

More details on these coming enhancements will be released in the weeks ahead, so be sure to watch your inbox and subscribe to the PSC Blog if you haven’t already.
