To support timely delivery of Airgas orders, please place orders through the Airgas PunchOut catalog by 1:00 PM on the business day prior to your campus's scheduled delivery day.

Delivery schedules vary by campus, and specialty or custom gases may require additional lead time.

Campus Delivery Days

• Anschutz - Monday - Friday
• Colorado Springs - Friday
• Denver - Wednesday
• Boulder - Monday and Thursday

Order Cut-Off Time: All orders must be placed by 1:00 PM the business day prior to your campus’ scheduled delivery day. Specialty and custom gases will have a longer lead time.

Anschutz Room Number Required: Customers placing orders for the Anschutz campus must include their room number at checkout.

Anschutz Delivery Capacity: While deliveries to Anschutz run Monday through Friday on a dedicated truck, daily truck capacity is limited. Once the truck reaches full capacity for the day, ny additional orders received will automatically be scheduled for the next delivery day. Placing rders earlier in the day is preferred to allow for planning.

Airgas observes the following holidays:

New Year's Day,  Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,  Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
