It’s hard to believe that Fiscal Year End is just around the corner!
If you have a purchase or contract that must be completed by June 30th, please submit all required documentation to the PSC on or before these deadlines to allow for timely completion of your purchase.
- February 1, 2024: Purchases $500,000 and greater that require a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid.
- March 1, 2024: Purchases between $150,000 and $499,999 that require a Documented Quote.
- May 1, 2024: All purchase requisitions greater than $10,000 with supplier terms / contracts.
