We are currently aware of an issue affecting delegate functionality in Concur Request.
Delegates may experience errors or be unable to add entries to Requests when acting on behalf of other users within the Request module.
Please note that Expense delegate access is not impacted and continues to function as expected.
Workaround: Users can prepare and submit their own requests directly until this issue is resolved.
Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
Update: SAP Concur Homepage
Earlier this year, the PSC shared that SAP Concur was updating their homepage to increase usability through a more intuitive design. The change was announced in a September blog post with updates provided in an October post. Since then, all Concur profiles have been transitioned to the new homepage with the ability to revert to the legacy view from the toggle bar at the top of the page. SAP Concur has now announced that the legacy view will be retired on January 15, 2025. Beginning on this date, all accounts will be converted to the new view, regardless of any previous settings.
As a reminder, there are no changes to the functionality in Concur from this update, and no action is required by users. The only change will be the refreshed design of the home screen layout with simplified navigation and improved overall performance. Most users have already adopted the new view, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. If you need support adjusting to this change, please reach out to PSC@cu.edu.
