We are currently aware of an issue affecting delegate functionality in Concur Request.
Delegates may experience errors or be unable to add entries to Requests when acting on behalf of other users within the Request module.
Please note that Expense delegate access is not impacted and continues to function as expected.
Workaround: Users can prepare and submit their own requests directly until this issue is resolved.
Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
Potential UPS Strike and shipping disruption
The PSC wants to inform our campus customers of a potential UPS strike. The deadline for a contract to be agreed upon is Monday, July 31, 2023, at midnight. If an agreement cannot be reached by that date, UPS union workers have indicated that they will strike.
In anticipation, the PSC is recommending that orders for goods are placed as soon as reasonably possible. Customers could see slower delivery of goods and higher prices on shipping. We recommended that if a department is ordering goods that they are actively communicating with the supplier about what shipping carrier will be utilized.
