Starting January 1, 2025, updates to CU’s Purchase Order (PO) Terms and Conditions will take effect. Key changes include:
- New federally mandated provisions for grants, including Davis-Bacon and Clean Air Act requirements.
- Updated FAR/DFAR thresholds for procurement and compliance.
- New IT Security language, including Accessibility and GLBA clauses.
These updates align with federal standards and enhance compliance.
