SAP Concur has released a major update to its travel booking platform called the New Travel Experience, and the PSC will be rolling out this update on March 16^th. This change is more than a cosmetic refresh; it’s an overhaul of the booking process that will provide many booking improvements including:

• A redesigned and modernized booking interface that looks and feels more like popular consumer travel sites
• Clearer cost info to help better inform booking decisions
• New and enhanced filters and indicators to help travelers see environmental impact

Changes are also coming to the Travel Allowance (per diem) process in the Expense platform. Also beginning on March 16^th, users will find a more intuitive process for adding a Travel Allowance (per diem) to an expense report. When generating a new report, users will be asked in the report Header if they want to add a Travel Allowance (per diem) at the time of report creation, and the system will walk them through the steps to add the Travel Allowance (per diem) if selected.
