System Administration Human Resources invites you to attend the virtual workshop, Promoting Mental Health and Resiliency Through COVID-10, at 2 p.m. Sept. 22. The workshop will be led by Alex Yannacone, director of Education and Community Programs at the Helen and Arthur E. Johnson Depression Center on the Anschutz Medical Campus.
This workshop will show you how to identify and address mental health concerns associated with COVID-19. You will learn tips and tools to help promote mental wellness and reduce stress. The workshop will discuss resources and techniques to support yourself and others.
