Are you getting the following authentication error message when launching CU-Data from the portal?
UIS/IRM will decommission the old CU-Data on Thursday, January 23rd, after which you will no longer be able to access any unmoved My Content.
Are you missing your content from your ‘My Content’?
CU is now running Cognos 11.1 in production.
As noted in our earlier post, when CU-Data upgrades this December 9th, your current ‘My Content’ will not automatically carry over to the upgraded environment. If you have a lot of work invested in your current ‘My Content’, you’ll want to move it from your ‘My Content’ into ‘Team Content’.
If all goes as planned, CU will be running Cognos 11.1 in production on Tuesday, December 10th, 2019.
Does m-Fin say your speedtype is inactive when you know it was activated recently? You may want to advance the effective date.
UIS/IRM is still working on resolving the issue that caused the FINCLOSE trigger to fail for month-end close in December.
Problem: You are in CU-Data homepage. You click on a report under your recent menu intending to run that report. But nothing happens, as if the report is broken.
To support validating the PeopleSoft FIN update, aka PUM update, happening on December 7th, IRM has refreshed CIWQA database for periods 0 through 4 for fiscal year 2019. This database is populated from FINSTG where the PUM update is applied for testing purpose.
