Finance Forms Update
Effective January 1, we’ve placed the new CU brand on a number of finance forms, including Cash Receipt, Fundraising Authorization, Gift Fund, and Gift in Kind Acceptance. (The IN and Journal Source Code forms will be revised shortly to enhance functionality in addition to presenting the new CU logo.) You’ll find the forms, as always, on the OUC’s Finance Forms webpage. And you’ll find a few newcomers to the Finance Forms page effective this month. Many departments have asked that all University-wide finance forms be accessible from this spot – up till now, several forms have only been accessed by way of the policy or procedural statement that governs their use. So we’ve added links to the MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) and Invoice Template that are used with the FPS Supporting Foundation Reimbursement. For those of you who use the MOA form, we think you’ll appreciate the new version. Not only rebranded, the MOA template has been streamlined and clarified to facilitate departmental processing. The OUC’s Accounting Services section will continue to accept the older version of the MOA form through the end of June. Effective July 1, you’ll need to use the 1/1/12 version of the MOA form.
