At this year's Higher Education User Group (HEUG) national event -- the 2016 Alliance Conference -- Normandy hosted a Test Kitchen for the new Project & Change Management conference track. During the interactive session, she demo'd "recipes" for project management, change leadership, training, and communications.

At the 2016 Online Learning Conference, sponsored by Training Magazine, Normandy conducted roundtable sessions on Timelines: Creating Visual Chronologies.
