FinPro Help Desk to Close over Noon Hour
Beginning Monday, June 20, 2016, the Finance & Procurement Help Desk will be closed over the noon hour.
Our normal business hours will therefore be:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 1:00-5:00 p.m.
We’re making this change in order to provide the best service to our customers.
Closing over the noon hour – when our contact volume is at its lowest level of the day – will allow us to schedule most of our ongoing and ad hoc training sessions without turning off the phones. This, in turn, will provide more predictable FinProHelp availability to CU campus faculty and staff and external suppliers.
