We’ve shifted some of the fiscal year-end (FYE) close dates to allow extended processing for Payroll Expense Transfers (PETs). Please note that the PET extension dates are not the same for all campuses (see below).

To review all dates and processing instructions, see the online calendars on our 2016 FYE Information website. Boulder Campus: See your CCO website and  daily emails for revised deadlines (for each close) for Fund 3x JEs, cash transfers, and Fund 30/31 PETs.

First close date remains the same: July 7

The first campus close date remains unchanged: Thursday, July 7 (6:00 p.m.).

Second close date extended one week: from July 14 to July 21

We’ve extended the second campus close date by one week. The new date is Thursday, July 21 (6:00 p.m.). Boulder Campus and Colorado Springs Campus: This is your last day to enter/approve PETs in HCM.

Third close date also extended one week: from July 21 to July 28

We’ve also extended the third campus close date by one week. The new date is Thursday, July 28 (6:00 p.m.). Denver Campus, Anschutz Medical Campus, and System Administration: This is your last day to enter/approve PETs in HCM.

Denver Campus and Anschutz Medical Campus host FYE/Elevate town halls this week

Meetings on these two campuses will cover the revised close dates, PET processing, and other outstanding upgrade issues. Registration is not required.

• Denver Campus: Tuesday, June 14, (2:30-4:00 p.m.), CU Building, room 1110
• Anschutz Medical Campus: Wednesday, June 15 (10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.), Ed 1, room 1300
