December Campus Close Date - To Be Determined
The December campus close date has not yet been set. What are we waiting for?
There are a number of issues that need to be resolved in order for us to close the first month in our upgraded systems. Top among these are: validation of converted sponsored project data, correct processing of cash payments in the Accounts Receivable module, recording of cash lines with journals, and proper PET processing/feed to FIN.
The OUC and campus controllers’ offices are working with UIS and Employee Services to address these items, and we’re making progress on their resolutions. We’ll let you know as soon as the December close date is set -- through the OUC website and another OUC News blog post.
