CPE Course Registration open for February

CPAs and professional development-seekers: go for it! Registration is now open for 2 days of continuing professional education at 1800 Grant Street. On Tue Feb 18, we present a series of 4 NEW courses: External Audits; State of a CPA Nation; Month-End Financial Close (this course is already on wait-list, email cu.cpe@cu.edu to get on the list); and Paperless Financial Reconciliation. On Thu Feb 20, we repeat 2 old favorites: Understanding and Preparing the Statement of Cash Flows, and Understanding Internal Controls. For more information about the courses, and to register, see: www.cu.edu/controller/cpe/?page_id=1504. Not familiar with the OUC’s Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Program? It’s NASBA-sponsored (listen up, you CPAs), it’s award-winning (CU Shared Practices, or CUSP, award in 2012), it’s highly rated by attendees (99% strongly agree/agree that instructors and courses are effective), and it’s free. What more could you ask? (Note: If you do have questions you want to ask, contact CPE Program Manager Lisa Vallad at lisa.vallad@cu.edu or 303.837.2156.
