NOTICE OF REGENT LAWS AND POLICIES UNDER REVIEW

The Office of Policy and Efficiency (OPE) has posted the initial redline draft and justification memo on the Regent Laws and Policies Review Website for proposed revisions to Article 5, Part C.4: Dismissal for Cause. This is tentatively scheduled for first discussion by the Regent Governance Committee on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
