NOTICE OF REGENT LAWS AND POLICIES UNDER REVIEW

The Office of Policy and Efficiency (OPE) has posted the initial redline draft [3] and justification memo [4] on the Regent Laws and Policies Review Website [5] for proposed revisions to Article 5, Part C.4: Dismissal for Cause [6]. This is tentatively scheduled for first discussion by the Regent Governance Committee on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
