We have been preparing to upgrade m-Fin from Cognos 10 to Cognos 11.  Dates are not firm yet, but quite a bit of work has been done and it's looking good.  Expect to be hearing more about Cognos 11 and how to test drive it soon.  Some things are different, like the user interface for navigating to reports, but the essential functionality remains the same.
