The Office of Policy and Efficiency (OPE) has posted the initial redline drafts and justification memos on the Regent Laws and Policies Review Website for the following laws and policies scheduled for 1st discussion by the Regent Governance Committee on Thursday, August 28, 2025:

• Article 2.A.5: Chair and Vice Chair
• Policy 2.C.1: Committee Governing Principles
• Policy 3.F: Evaluations for Officers of the University and Officers of the Administration
• Policy 4.B: Academic Planning and Accountability
