The Office of Policy and Efficiency (OPE) has posted the initial redline drafts and justification memos on the Regent Laws and Policies Review Website [3] for the following laws and policies scheduled for 1st discussion by the Regent Governance Committee on Thursday, August 28, 2025:

• Policy 2.C.1: Committee Governing Principles
• Policy 3.F: Evaluations for Officers of the University and Officers of the Administration
• Policy 4.B: Academic Planning and Accountability
