Regents complete the review and approve recommendations to laws and policies – effective February 5, 2026

The Board of Regents completed the scheduled review of and approved revisions or approved recommendations of no changes to the following laws and policies on February 5, 2026:

     - Policy 1.B: Guiding Principles (No changes)

     - Policy 2.E: Faculty, Staff, and Student Representatives to the Board of Regents (No changes)

     - Policy 13.D: Defense and Indemnification of University of Colorado Employees

     - Policy 13.E: Fiscal Misconduct

     - Policy 14.B: Use of University’s Name and Marks in Advertising and Marketing by External Entities (No changes)
