We've improved m-Fin BAE BY MONTH - SUMMARY, refining the prompting and improving its internal workings.  An obvious change is now it has single speedtype mode.

As with the other reports that we have been refurbishing lately, we believe this version will fix the XQE-CM-0004 problem, an intermittent abend that was happening on drills.
