Recently we added BILL TYPE to several of our reports project headers.  Now we are adding a description for these cryptic 3-character codes.  While we were at it we also added the project proposal id, a request from Boulder SPA.

There is a known issue with m-Fin EXPENDITURE TYPE SUMMARY and m-Fin BAE BY MONTH - SUMMARY.  If you have multiple pages of output, in HTML the Cognos page-down does not work.  We are still looking for a solution to this problem.  A work-around is to render the report to PDF.
